| - 동료들의 사기가 높은 회사에 들어가고 싶지만, 그런 곳을 찾아서 취업까지 한다는 것은 현실적으로 쉽지 않은 일인 것 같다. | ||
| - 동료끼리 공과 사를 철저히 구분하는 것이 아니라 공적인 것 외에도 다른 사적인 활동이나 이야기를 나누며 조금 더 끈끈한 관계를 만들어나가는 것이 중요한 것 같다. | ||
| - 아무래도 그러한 관계를 만들어나가는 것에는 성격적으로 잘 맞으며 이야기가 잘 통하는 사람인지가 가장 중요한 것 같다. | ||
| - 그래서 일 외적으로도 지금의 큐시즘 같은 동아리나 여러 네트워킹 활동을 통해 오래동안 함께 할 수 있는 동료를 찾아 사이드 프로젝트를 하고싶다. |

저도 취직 이후에 이 생각에 전적으로 공감하게 됐어요 👍
동료간의 예의와 친함은 조직이 굴러가는 데에 윤활유 역할을 하게 되는 거 같더라고요
무엇인가 논의하거나, 부탁할게 있거나 등에 경우 조금 더 편하게 소통하게 되어서 결국 일이 잘 되게 만든다고 생각이 들어요
