Mybatis Redis Cache 1.0.0

After nearly 10 years, calling this version 1.0.0 release. Current stats show about 1k download this every month on the 2015 version. For the most part changes have been build related. However, there were some kyro updates and other updates along the way. Given the span of time and our movement towards java 17, we have cut this for java 8 users. While this is expected last version for java 8, if users upgrade and have any issues, we will continue bug patches so we can move on. Please give this a try and let us know that it is working well. While we don't expect a cut on java 11, we may end up cutting one to match mybatis core updates as we are doing a lot of work to uplift the code. We don't expect much here would change. As long as users do find this useful, we will continue to otherwise support it.
