Recipe finder 🍱

Getting started

In order to use this project locally, you will need to have Ruby and Rails installed on your system.

Ruby version used: 3.1.2

Rails version used: 7.0.8

Once you have these prerequisites installed, follow these steps:

1. Clone this repository to your local machine
2. Navigate to the project directory and run bundle install
3. Run rails db:migrate to populate the DB with records
4. Start the API server by running rails server

This project has the following features

• search by ingredients
• order by ratings of recipes
• pagination with 16 records on each page
• indexed records
• individual view for each recipe

The project is deployed on fly.io and can be accessed here recipe-finder99.fly.dev/
