When the ingest throughput is high (say >40,000 granules/hour), ~25% of granule records are missing from cloudMetrics.
We believe this is a Cumulus core issue because, we found the granule database was not updated too. The above number is from our PROD, which has a non-responsive dashboard and I can't provide the percentage getting lost for sure.
