An implementation to footnotes grouping Like mentioned in #1 .

  • A dashboard setting is added to enable switching on/off the grouping which is off by default.
  • The current code generates the footnotes list while populating Footnotes Hooks, but I found it easier to generate the list after populating all the hooks to be able to get the total occurrences for each footnote.
