I like how much shorter this one is than the 3-22-2024 release notes.
I am seeing a mix of tenses in this one, whereas in past release notes I've kept it in the past tense.
Also, for the most part, I've verbified every bullet, whereas here you've mostly not done that. Given that the release notes as a whole are an experiment right now, I'm not too concerned about this inconsistency.

I'm approaching this a little different than previous weeks: I skipped over minor wording updates and reorganizations so it's easier to find things that matter.
