cannot install funannotate, Executing transaction allthe time.

Are you using the latest release?
I'm using the latest release of funannotate, my system is ubuntu 22.04.

Describe the bug
I tried using conda and mamba to install, but both commands stop at 'Executing transaction' without completing. There are no error messages, and even using a sudo account does not resolve the issue.

Apologies. Conda/mamba is quirky. And the dependencies for funannotate are difficult. When I can't solve its usually because the base environment has packages installed in it which messes up the solver. So I always try to maintain a completely vanilla/clean base environment which tends to help, exactly why this helps I don't really know for sure....
