Added the following comments to the build spec: 1.0.0.8 - Added pre- and post- install actions to stash and restore the system's original Actor Framwork files. 1.0.1.9 - Restored "Casting Utility For Actors.vim"
This reverts commit f624a4c.
Updated build spec to have the fix on the release notes
