Updated input names to include pal- prefix to differentiate from other inputs with same name. This is a breaking change from v1 and v2 to v3, but necessary due to how common repo-name and repo-token input names are.
repo-name -> pal-repo-name
repo-branch -> pal-repo-branch
action-directory -> pal-action-directory
