This PR adds support for subcortical variant of meshnet.
My initial testing shows that for some reason the labels not match the brain2print labels, there are a lot of missing regions, such as half of cerebellum is missing.
I have to see if that is related to pre/post-processing, or if the model itself is wrong.
Leaving it in draft for now, you can try it out.
