IsoEnablerForRPCS3 V2.0

Major change, now IsoEnabler allow you to create single file 'rom' from psn game and launch them.

If you start RPCS3 as admin, you will be in Creation mode, any pkg you install will be deleted on close.
But it will generate a file out.vhdx on your rpcs3 base folder, rename it, put it where you want.
And then to launch your psn game, you can execute rpcs3.exe yourgame.vhdx
You can use --readonly as argument to mount it read only.

The app was preventing rpcs3 to relaunch if already running, but that can cause issue, so now it only prevent if you try to launch with an iso file in the command line.
