ISSUE- #42 Add ember app

Hi this is still WIP there are still tasks to be done but please have a look, it's not ready to merge.

  • create ember app with same styling as angular & react
  • add nos libraries exposed for ember js via ember-cli-cjs-transform
  • enable pod styles
  • add sass

TODO

  • implement api functions
  • wire up cli
