support BGGR and GRBG bayer format in image_processor

Currently only RGGB and GBRG bayer formats are supported in image processor.
Add support of BGGR and GRBG bayer format which may be used by new sensors(LI-AR0234 and IMX715)

Thanks so much for your contribution! This PR needs to be separated into two, one for each of IMX715 and AR0234; and each MR should be appropriately titled. (For example, "support BGGR and GRBG bayer format in image_processor" isn't an appropriate title for a MR that intends to add support for IMX715.) Additional comments can be expected on those individual MRs, but this MR has issues that would inhibit merge including

• lack of a CI test for the device; see these comments on another MR for details
