This PR backports missing E2E tests and updates the CI config to run
ionic-angularandcapacitorE2E tests.Other project's E2E tests are failing, so they are currently excluded from being run. I think we should merge this PR and update/fix the tests in another step. At least now we have a proper E2E setup and 2 projects being fully tested.
