The
$$$include diagrams/api-1.drawio.svg$$$syntax that we use in the temporal spec has vanished from the build tools with ca66894.And this shows up badly in https://oasis-tcs.github.io/odata-specs/odata-temporal-ext/odata-temporal-ext.html#ExampleModel.
This PR restores it.
