-Add severityLevel support to Reference Validator (C-CDA Validator) in site-ui
--Adds the ability to select a severity level limitation for results returned. The user can now select the desired severity or severities. Selecting "Errors, Warnings, and Info" processes all available result types and is the default setting. The remaining selections limit the results as stated and should subsequently offer faster results".

-Add a visual cue to results based on severityLevel returned
--If the result count is 0 for a type because of an artificial limit, the badge
displays relevant text to inform the user that there may be issues without the user applied limitation.
