Extract from Charter

The composition of the OGC-NA will be as follows:

1. The OGC Director of Knowledge Management shall be the permanent chair.
2. A maximum of two co-chairs shall be elected from the OGC membership (each for a two-year term that is renewable through re-election).
3. Every SWG and DWG shall be required to appoint one representative to the OGC-NA (the chair by default, unless otherwise voted by the working group).
4. Representatives of SWGs and DWGs are responsible for bringing issues forward to the OGC-NA and voting as a member of the OGC-NA, if required.
5. Other TC members can also choose to be members of the OGC-NA - no one is precluded.

Note that voting will be limited to one vote per working group and one vote per OGC member.
