Cleanup package.json and lock file

Description

• Removed resolutions that were not present in the dependencies or were unnecessary.
• Removed entries in the lockfile that did not belong to this repo.

To reviewers: I recommend pulling this down and verifying that the plugin works after bootstrapping.
