  1. Add buildah script for Luna HSM client software 

    This patch adds a buildah script that can be used to add the Thales Luna
Network HSM client software [1] to the Barbican API and Worker images.

The client software is necessary to use the HSM as a PKCS#11 backend for
the Barbican service.
