This is the first release providing the new module-based UI.

With this release, TaDReP is executed as a multi-step workflow - one module and subcommand for each step:

• local setup
• Database creation from public databases
• Database creation from local plasmid sequences
• Characterization of plasmids
• Clustering of plasmids
• Detection & reconstruction of plasmids within draft genomes
• Visualization of detected & reconstructed plasmids
