Adds a copy link to the default DI template.

Notes

• Add GDOCS_DATA_INSIGHT_TEMPLATE_URL=https://docs.google.com/document/d/1R_0rPmbofVnNrFUUUtqPvWCLypOzG_AqVJHSq99x3IA/copy?copyCollaborators=true to your .env file to make it work.
• The GDoc email ([email protected]) has editor rights for the DI template doc. Is there something else that's important for the template doc in terms of permissions, etc.?
• Doesn't work on staging before https://github.com/owid/ops/pull/273 is merged
