Description

makes this chart use oCIS 4.0.1 and add Kubernetes 1.28

I guess that you have the changes merged I tried to collect in mind after 0.4.0 and that we need to take care if there are breaking changes that need manual intervention and normal changes/improvements and breaking changes documentation... 😄

I can see:

version: 0.5.0
appVersion: 4.0.1

but we need a release/tag docs can reference...
