Ask PAM was a cloud-based CRM platform designed specifically for hotels to streamline Concierge operations. By centralizing day-to-day operations and eliminating traditional pen and paper log books, Ask PAM significantly improved the way hotel concierges received, managed, and responded to guest requests. Additionally, it promoted collaboration across departments, ultimately enhancing the overall guest experience.
Ask PAM was built using the following technologies:
- ASP.NET Core: The backend framework for building robust and scalable web applications
- Angular: A modern JavaScript framework for building user interfaces
- SQL Server: A relational database management system used for data storage and retrieval
- Auth0: A platform for managing user authentication and authorization
- Smooch.io: A service for managing customer conversations across multiple social messaging and communication platforms
