This pull request updates the README documentation for the State Trie Pallet in the Polkadot SDK. It includes usage instructions and examples.
See docs.rs: pallet_state_trie_migration

Had to disable MD13 check lint for this particular readme due to nature of our logs other places fully fixed and rules applyed into IDE for future reference
