If the inner transaction extension used inside
SkipCheckIfFeelessare multiples then the metadata is not correct, it is now fixed.E.g. if the transaction extension is
SkipCheckIfFeeless::<Runtime, (Payment1, Payment2)>then the metadata was wrong.
