Fix Dockerfile

Note this is the same release so v0.0.0, however this one fixes issues with the Dockerfile that caused it to fail to build properly in DockerHub.

This version contains a prototype for adding a Request Mapping for the typ field in the JWT header. This is usually defaulted to JWT but in some cases an alternative may be required.

Note that this is a test image, with the hope that these changes can be refined and added to the main upstream project.
