Fixes #127

Changes:-

  1. Added events page.
  2. Users can suggest new events.
  3. Admins have permissions to either approve or reject the suggested events.

Add permission to Event model

Users provided with the permission can view
all suggested events on events page and approve
them. Other users can see their unapproved
suggestions instead. Also change typeofentry field
to a choice field.
