@ilzheev - any objection if I port your static html back to be a Jekyll template?

I think we could feasibly mix *.html with jekyll generated stuff also - just want to avoid the headache if we can

If you know how to setup this, it will be the perfect solution

I can try it when we I have time - that way we can get casual contributors w/o asking too much from them

My bad I thought this was the top-level site

speaking w/ @Cahl-Dee - we'll eventually want the template to better match pegnet.org/index.html
