For now, a simple home page that will serve as an aggregation of our many resources.

This can be shown at the meetings, and gives a single URL.

Instructions

After installing Hugo, cloning the repository, and switching to a branch based off of develop, you'll need to do the following:

1. bin/hugo server
2. Go to localhost:1313

Now you're ready to browse PEI Dev's website locally. Any changes to source files will cause a rebuild with autoreload.
