Enhancement:
The PCP store has moved from Artifactory to Packagecloud. This has been reflected in name of templates of
repositoryrole, however it has not been reflected in the main task of therepositoryrole.This commit fixes the main task of the
repositoryrole to use Packagecloud templates.
