Uses

npm install express --save
npm install express-handlebars --save
npm install knex --save
npm install nodemon --save

Note: --save attribute adds dependency to package.json file.

Run

nodemon app.js

Or

node app.js

Node: nodemon watches for changes and does not need to restart server.
