##I just want the plugin to work.

Then there's no setup required. Just drop the plugin .jar file into your /plugins/ folder and start the server.

By default, spectators will be able to teleport to anyone on the server that doesn't have the permission spectate.hide.

##How do I use the plugin?

In game, use the command /spec to view a list of all commands. To enable spectator mode do /spec on. To disable, do /spec off. If you want to manage other players, you can do /spec <on/off> ingame or from the console.

##There's a problem!

Before reporting it to me, try deopping all players you are testing with (and adding them to the default group if you have a permissions plugin). If that fixes the problem then make sure to give all players the permission -spectate.hide in GroupManager or spectate.hide: false in PermBukkit.

If that doesn't work send me an error log from the console along with an account of what happened here.
