As said on #386 this is the MR to apply PSR-2 codestyle.
More things can be applied and the rules can be extended. Mostly in order to be more alike of PSR-12.
Like enforcing an empty line after the
<?phpopen tag. I think it is better if we apply the changes bit by bit.
