You won't want to miss this Imaginary Jam single page site built using Vite. (repo)
I recently contributed to an open source project combining PHP 5 or 7, MariaDB, Nginx, phpMyAdmin, Xdebug, and Docker in a VSCode DevContainer. This project was built to help developers manage legacy codebases in a local environment. You can check out the PHP 5 Starter and the PHP 7 Starter repositories - I contributed to both codebases and the full wikis on how to set up and use each project.
Parallax is a term used by astronomers to describe the observed displacement of an object caused by the change of the observer's point of view. Astronomers use the principle of parallax to do things such as measure how far away stars and planets are. Developers use parallax to make stuff look really cool. My Laravel Parallax Boilerplate is a demonstration of how we can use parallax to completely transform a static site.
I participated in a PHP and MySQL challenge to recreate a dynamic website - you can follow the repository's README to clone the project to your machine and explore my implementation.
