This PR is to address #14, and adds Debian package build support, using
debhelper. You may want to tweak things like the email address or other package metadata but this PR does at least get the packages built for 9.6+ Postgres versions.Another possible improvement is in the setup docs, I didn't know about the
/usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg/apt.postgresql.org.shthat comes with thepostgresql-commonpackage, and can be run instead of the manual configuration of their GPG key and Apt repository.
