The pre-1.0.0 example is no longer relevant.
Also adds a clause that states that deprecations introduced with a breaking release will be enforced on the next breaking release. This keeps the promise of "upgrade to the next major version without problems if you fixed all your deprecation warnings", but gives us a bit more flexibility.
