Project specific policies

1. Before your begin fork https://github.com/polystat/py2eo/
2. For each issue create branch with relative name (at least use issue id)
3. When done (CI succeeded) create pull request (PR) to https://github.com/polystat/py2eo/tree/master, assign https://github.com/dours, add "closes #issue_id" to description
4. Provide link to PR in status report and issue link in plan report
5. Post questions to https://t.me/polystat_org, post issues and pull requests to https://github.com/cqfn/eo when appropriate
