Removed the vega_datasets line of code from the requirements.txt file. Looked in the other files for code that could be related to a tutorial or book template, but all the other files have references to the project, which means that they are necessary for it. The .PNG images will be removed as part of the changes in refactoring the code, but those changes will be part of another PR since they belong to another issue. Here is a screenshot of the project running on a local machine. Fix #7
