V3.0-Dev release

THE DEV version of 3.0 is OUT!!
New features including regex usage and chatterbot training have been implemented to reduce our data training time, making the bot way more intelligent than it should (hopefully), DEV version removes the need to use voice to activate it and can only run on python instances.
Feel free to open issues and try run it
