docs: For feature importance, add MDI and PI in the example on California housing dataset

About our new features of feature importance for models.

The example on California housing dataset, since #1339, uses coefficients for linear models.

In this PR, we build on upon this example to add MDI and permutation importance (PI), see #1365.
