Enable Platform-Security GitHub Workflow (#5)

* Enable Platform-Security GitHub Workflow

* Resolve lint issues with authzed checks

* Quotes for linter

* Bump base image to 8.10

* Update Dockerfile.openshift

update the docker file to use the latest images
