This change migrates the Gradle plugin from `com.github.johnrengelman.shadow` to `com.gradleup.shadow`, the official successor. Sadly, there has been no new release of the `me.champeau.jmh` plugin - so if there's a pressing need, we have to adopt. It feels better to have a maintained shadow-plugin than to wait for the rather rarely needed jmh plugin. Fixes projectnessie#7912
