Removed references to SoX
added a French .yaml file and dictionary
Separated into two folders (and edited README some more)

Merged most recent version of Kyle’s aligner with this one so we can test it, copied the French test data into FrenchAligner, and changed the names of dicts and yaml files to ISO-639-3 codes. Old version is saved in the folder “Prosodylab-Aligner2(version as of Dec12)” on macleft.
