FC CircuitPy Version 1.1.1

In this version we added the ability to pet the Watchdog and an initial implementation of the RV3028 Real Time Clock driver!

The boot count now iterates in the pysquared.py rather than in the main.py

Fixed bug with setting the boot count in NVM before the microcontroller is correctly setup

Added c.hardware["WDT"] toggle to main

Added RTC Get/Set Time & Date
