[ Mods ]
- When refreshing your mod list, all workshop mods will now resort to the Steam Workshop API for fetching mod metadata, while mods installed outside of the Workshop will utilize the traditional (and sometimes faulty) method of reading a mod's addoninfo.txt within its VPK
- The "Enable Networking" option is now ignored completely
- Added a tooltip to the "Refresh" button, letting you know that a left click will do a quick scan for newly installed mods, while a right click does a full scan of all installed mods
