  1. Restructuring the Maven pom.xml to build the theme as a DSpace Module; 

    Ensuring that org.dspace.authorize.AuthorizeExceptions are caught and
handled; Using EmbargoManager in order to determine whether or not Items
are under embargo; Replacing the erroneous I18nUtil.getAgreementFilename
with ported functionality
