Disanalogous Princeton University logo size between header and footer

Expected behavior

In different screens the Princeton University Library logo should resize the same between the header and the footer

Actual behavior

Logo size changes were committed in v6.0.0
In different screens the Princeton University Library logo will not resize the same between the Header and the footer and produces a disanalogous display.

Steps to replicate

Use the dev tools and select different screen sizes or select 'responsive' and manually resize the screen.

Impact of this bug

After changes in the logo size it does not resize in the same way across the screens.

Acceptance criteria

• The Princeton University Library logo should resize the same between the header and the footer.
