Draft PR for the moment to upgrade Vuepress and Theme Hope to more modern versions to get access to some additional functionality etc.
Currently have some issues so this is just a draft and WIP but need to share the diffs. Please do not approve or attempt to merge.
Will update with details later of the specifics required to get this working as there are a lot of changes that need to be made.
