Support for more providers

This release uses PyEmbed v1.1.0, which adds support for more providers.

Rename package

This release renames this package to pyembed-mustache. There are no functional changes.

Breaking changes

• The pyembed.render.mustache package has been renamed to pyembed.mustache.
