Maintainer notes

Create a release on Github
Pull the latest version of master
Edit locally your setup.py with version, and archive URL
Then build the wheel and upload to pypi

rm -r dist/*
BUILD_VERSION='X.Y.Z' python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel
twine check dist/*
twine upload dist/*
